Samak rice ( soaked for ½ hour) - 2 katori

For Coconut Chutney
Desiccated Coconut - 1 katori
Pudina/Mint leaves -
Ginger - 2-3 inch
Green Chilli - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Curd - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Sendha namak - as required
Black pepper - as required
For Masala Idli
Desi Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Tomato puree - (2 Tomatoes, 1 inch Ginger & 2 Green Chilli)
Sendha namak - as required

Green Coriander Chutney - 1 tbsp
Meethi Chutney - 1 tsp
