Chicken Momos Recipe
উপকরণ/Ingredients
CHICKEN MOMO
STEP 1 : Make a perfect dough
1-Refined Flour | Maida- 2 cups
2-Olive oil- 1 tbsp
3-Salt- 1/2 tsp
4-Mix it well and make a perfect dough
5-Then add a little bit of olive oil and mix it
6-Then covered it with a clean wet cloth for 30 minutes
STEP 2 : Make chicken momo stuffing
1-Chicken keema or chicken mince (Bone less) -400 gm
2-Onion-2 medium size
3-Green onions | onion leaf- 1/4 cup
4-Green chilli- 2 or 3
5-Coriander leaf-Little bit | 1/4 cup
6-Ginger garlic paste- 1tsp
7-Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
8-Salt- 1tsp or salt to taste
9-Olive oil- 2 tbsp
10-Soya sauce- 1/2 tbsp
11-Lemon juice-1/2
12- Mix it well
STEP 3 : Make a momo wrappers
1-After 30 minutes removed the wet clothe
2-Knead the dough once and make a equal size of balls like this
3-Take one dough ball and dust it with flour
4- Roll it like a roti and it will be thin like this
5- Then cut it with a Mould or any small bowl
6- It's look like a small poori and dust it with flour
7- Like this make all the momo wrappers
STEP 4 : Make a momo
1- Then take one momo wrapper and put a 2 tsp stuffing at the center
2-Fold it like this
3- Make all the momo
4- Then take a momo maker
5- Add water 70% and then cover it with a lid and boiled it
6- Then the others part of momo maker apply a little bit of olive oil then place the momo on it
7- Then steam the momo on high heat for 7 to 8 minutes
8- Make all the momo like this
