A Fleeting Moment | Award-Winning Animated Short Film | San Jose State University

A Fleeting Moment is an animated short film that follows the journey of two raindrops, and how they come to terms with what it means to be alive. This short is created by students from San Jose State University's Animation/Illustration program in the graduating year of 2021. Director's Note: Thank you for watching a film that has been near and dear to my heart for over 10 years! I had the idea for this short since I was in 8th grade, and I finally had the opportunity to bring it to life as a graduating thesis film thanks to the generous help from the faculty at SJSU, my classmates, my friends, and student volunteers! My team and I created this film from our homes during the pandemic. I hope this short will encourage viewers to spend as much as time as we can with the people we love. Life is brief in the grand scheme of things, and it's important to never take it for granted.
