Problems with HobbyKing 20A ESC after flashing with of SimonK firmware V2013-9-20 - Solution

WARNING! I've spent over a week tracking down a problem with intermittant power loss and odd motor pulsing on my new quad for over a week. I've finally tracked down the problem - I flashed them using V2013-9-20 and had major problems with them until I had ruled out everything else on the quad! Re-flashed then using the older V2013-5-15 version and the model not works perfectly. I don't know what was causing the issue with the later version of the code and these HobbyKing 20A ESCs but they didn't like it.
