Ingredients 1Cup of Besan 1cup of yogurt 1cup of ButterMilk 4 to 5 chillies Chopped Ginger graded Coconut graded 2 Tbsp of Sesame seeds 2 Tpsp Vegetable Oil 2 Tpsp of Haldi 2 Tbsp of Mustard Seeds Salt to tase Water as required Method: Pour 1cup of Besan and Buttermilk in a vessal Mix it till the lumps get disappear Pour water as Required Add 1 tpsp of grated ginger and some chopped chillies Add 1 tbsp of salt and mix it well Pour the mix in the grinder and spin for half a minute for more smoothness Heat the pan and Pour the Mix and Stir and put some haldi for colour and taste and mix until it get thick and yellow Take a large Plate and put some oil and grease it pour the mix on the plate and spread the mix equally and keep it to cool down in room temperature Tadka Put 2 tbsp of Oil in the Pan and add musturd seeds,chopped chillies,graded coconut and sesame seeds add the tadkar on the Mix and Cut into Small Strips and roll each Strips and Put the khandvi in the plate,Garnish with some graded Coconut.
