Stewing down tomatoes for winter! 🍅 I use amish paste and san marzano tomatoes and freeze them throughout the summer until I have a large supply to process. It is much easier to remove the skin when the tomatoes are frozen as you just place them in a bowl of warm water and the skin comes right off! Can’t wait to have fresh tomatoes for sauce all winter long! #tomatoes #sauce #stewedtomatoes #sanmarzano #amishpaste
