Authentic Vietnamese Street Food Review Pho , Banh Mi and more SO MOT | Lockdown Munchies Episode 16

I've been craving for some AUTHENTIC VIETNAMESE STREET FOOD and I found a food place that offers exactly what I'm looking for. This video features So Mot, an authentic Vietnamese street food spot that offers a wide array of Vietnamese goodies for everyone. I tried their Pho Ba, Banh Mi, Bun Cha Ca, Banh Xeo and, of course, a nice serving of Goi Cuon. Pho is Vietnamese Noodle Soup that's flavored with a heavenly broth made of beed bones and scraps, some black cardamom, fennel seeds, anise and other fantastic herbs and spices. It's usually got beef meat like flank, brisket, tendon. Banh Mi is a Vietnamese Sandwich using French baguette and filled with some cucumber, carrots, lettuce, roasted pork, ham and hoisin sauce. Bun Cha is vermicielli noodle bowls that contain fried meats, some veggies, as well, and sprinkled with sauce, featuring a mixture of vinegar, sugar, garlic, spices. Banh Xeo is an interesting batter of rice, coconut milk and turmeric and fried into a thin pacake and filled with some sprouts, onions, woodear mushrooms and pork. Goi Cuon is fresh spring rolls with a wrapper made put of rice and filled with vermicielli noodles, shrimp, pork, cucumbers, carrots and dipped in either sweet vinegar sauce or peanut sauce.
