*in a kadai dry roast 4 cups
murmura on low flame.
dry roast until the murmura turns
crisp. keep aside.
*in a kadai take 1cup jaggery
with little water just enough
to immerse it.
*Let the jaggery dissolves
completely.
*Strain the melted jaggery in a
strainer to remove impurities.
*Continue heating till it reaches
soft ball consistency.
*To check the consistency, take little water
in a cup and pour few drops of syrup into
the water. It should not dissolved and you
should be able to gather and form a non
sticky soft ball.
*turn off the flame and add dry
roasted murmura and mix gently.
*mix until the mixture is well
combined and jaggery syrup
is coated well.

*if u like add 1/4 tsp cardamom powder.
*add crushed peanuts or dry fruits
along with murmura.
*grease your hand with ghee or
wet your hand with water and
prepare ladoo when the
mixture is still warm.
*once the mixture cools, it will not
be possible to make ladoo.
so make sure to reheat the mixture
and prepare laddu.
*enjoy murmura ladoo for a
month when stored in
an airtight container.
