CHEST WORKOUT HOME ROUTINE | BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES | Rowan Row Hey guys, I am super excited to share with you this bodyweight quick and effective chest routine exercises that you can perform it at home or anywhere you go without any gym equipment at all. So No Equipment need it for this workout. This will give you chest growth and symmetry. Make sure you execute every movement correctly and DO NOT GIVE UP. Thanks again for the constant support. Much love to you all and good luck with the workout. xo Exercises: 1. 3 x Diamond push up 2. 3 x Lateral push up 3. 3 x Prowler push up 4. 3 x Archer push up 5. 3 x Decline push ups 6. 3 x Explosive negative push up BREAK TIME between the exercises it is 20sec and try to complete the whole circuit 3-4 rounds.
