Galaxy Express 999 (1978 – 1981) Anime TV series theme Remixed! Galaxy Express 999 is one of my early childhood animes that I used to watch on VHS tape. Series music was (at least to me) one of the most memorable ones. I will never forget when I saw the series opening theme for the first time; Train whistle, slow acceleration to the stars.
