Hey there, food lovers and fellow adventurers! Today, we're in for a treat as we head back to the amazing Imperial China Restaurant in London. This place isn't just a restaurant – it's like a time machine that takes us to ancient China through its delicious food. Get ready to hear about some mouthwatering dishes and the awesome vibes of this special place. Imagine being in the heart of London and suddenly finding yourself in the heart of China. That's what the Imperial China Restaurant is all about. It's been around for a long time and is famous for serving real, authentic Chinese dishes. The restaurant looks like a mix of old and new, giving us a cool feeling as soon as we step inside. As per our usual visits, we had selected a few signature dishes in the restaurants to be enjoyed during this trip. Our food journey begins with something warm and comforting – congee, which is like a super smooth porridge. It's like a big, cozy hug from food. Then comes fried rice, but not just any fried rice – this one is made even more awesome with their special chili oil. It's like a flavor explosion in your mouth! Next up, we've got a dish called Singapore fried radish cake. It's got different textures and a bit of spice, making us feel like we're trying street food in Singapore. Guess what, the auntie sitting besides our tables also had been attracted to this dish on our table. Asking us what does this dish called and they actually ordered one too. And let's not forget the pork buns – these soft buns are like little pockets of tasty pork that make our taste buds do a happy dance. Now, get ready for a surprise – chicken feet! Yep, you read that right. These little guys might seem unusual, but they're actually really tasty. They're tender and full of flavor, showing us how creative Chinese cooking can be. The menu keeps impressing us with steamed pork ribs. These ribs are so juicy and flavorful, they practically melt in your mouth. It's like a party for your taste buds too! After all that deliciousness, it's time for something sweet. The flower jelly dessert (Guai Fa Goo) is a perfect finish. It's light, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweetness. It's like a little reward for our taste buds after the feast. And that's a wrap on our food adventure at the Imperial China Restaurant. We've traveled through flavors and history, trying dishes that have been loved for generations. Thanks for coming along on this tasty journey with me. Until our next food escapade, keep exploring and enjoying every bite! I do hope that you find this sharing video useful for you.
