Crispy and Deep Fried Fish Fillets from Maimoona Yasmeen's Recipes YOU CAN ALSO REACH US ON : Youtube Subscribe -/c/hyderabadwala Website - http://www.hyderabadwala.com Facebook - http://www.facebook.com/hyderabadwale?ref=hl Google Plus - https://plus.google.com/+ Hyderabadwala Twitter - https://twitter.com/Hyderabadwalaa Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/hyderabadwalarecipes/ Ingredients: Fish fillets (boneless): 500 grams Salt: 3/4th teaspoon + ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder: 3/4th teaspoon + 1/4th teaspoon Ginger garlic paste: 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder: 1 ½ teaspoon Coriander (dhaniya) powder: ½ teaspoon Cumin (zeera) powder: ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder:1/4th teaspoon Cornflour: 5 tablespoons Lemon: 1 whole Oil for frying Procedure: 1. Take boneless fish fillets (you can take tilapia fish). Wash and drain the water. 2. Add 3/4th teaspoon salt and 3/4th teaspoon turmeric powder to the fillets. 3. Mix well and keep this aside for about half an hour. 4. After half an hour, wash thoroughly and drain the water. This is done to remove its smell and also its stickiness. 5. Add corn flour to the washed and drained fillets. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander or dhaniya powder, cumin or zeera powder, ½ teaspoon salt and lemon juice. 6. Mix well. (You can sprinkle some water if it is very dry for coating). 7. Leave these fillets for marination for about half an hour. 8. After half an hour of marinating the fish, add oil for frying to a pan. 9. When the oil is hot, baste each fillet with the corn flour gravy and lower into the hot oil. 10. Flip or turn only when the other side is fried thoroughly and when it is easier to turn, otherwise the fillets may leave the corn flour coating. 11. Fry on both sides on medium flame till the fillets turn light brown and crispy. Fry in turns 12. Sprinkle black pepper powder on these fillets Crispy and Deep Fried Fish Fillets are ready.
