    day 1 - i didnt complete the entire exercise unfortunately, since it was a bit to tough!
    day 2 - im not sure if im starting to see difference, but im definitely not upset! I tried more of the exercise, it was a little easier but i couldt complete it. Still happy though!

    day 3: 2 times done ( i don' t wanted to measure today but still i did it and omg my waist is still 68 but my stomach is 78 now and i am so shocked)
    day 4: 2 times done
    day 5: 2 times done

    results. My stomach is 77 now and my waist is 66 i didn' t reach my goal so i am gonna continue this exercise.

    day 1: day one is complete, to be honest i think im already seeing results at least on one side, the dip on my right side is starting to go in more, i also do stomach vacuums throughout the day so that may also have some effect]
