@BTSarmy-sw9wc2 years agoI am gonna try this out hope it works waist = 68 stomach = 81 idk how to check so i did how i think it was day 1: 2 times done day 2: 2 times done day 3: 2 times done ( i don' t wanted to measure today but still i did it and omg my waist is still 68 but my stomach is 78 now and i am so shocked) day 4: 2 times done day 5: 2 times done day 6: 2 times done day 7: 2 times done results. My stomach is 77 now and my waist is 66 i didn' t reach my goal so i am gonna continue this exercise. 2nd week day 1: 2 times done day 2: 2 times done day 3: 2 times done day 4: net problem so i was not able to do this day 5: 2 times done day 6: 2 times done day 7: 2 times done ok so i lost 2 cm of my waist but i am gonna carry on to reach my goal. ...Expand48
